DirectorLawyer (Universidad Católica Argentina, 1995). LLM Degree in International Banking and Finance Law (Boston University School of Law, Boston, MA. USA, 1998). Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS, Miami. USA. 2005). Founder and Managing Partner of Barbosa Ugarte Abogados. As part of his professional practice, he is the legal representative of international companies with presence in Argentina and, in such capacity, he is member of companies and NGOs board of directors.
ESTEBAN MARX
DirectorIndustrial Engineer (University of Buenos Aires, School of Engineering). Master in Business and Administration CEMA/UCLA, 1997. He worked as director of the Banco de la Nación Argentina Group. He was Chief Financial, Administration and Purchase Officer of AySA S.A. Before that, he was Vice-president of Nación Factoring S.A. CEO of Knightsbridge Partners.
ROSARIO BARBOSA
Administration & FinancesBusiness Administration (Catholic University of Argentina). She developed her activity specializing in Communication and Event Planning for social organizations, such as Fundación Compromiso and the ICBC Foundation Art Program. Currently gives support to the Argentina Art Association. Since 2015, she joined the Barbosa Ugarte Abogado. She is specialized in providing support in administrative management and processes.
DIEGO BOCCARDO
OutsourcingAgricultural Mechanization Degree, UADE 2005. He counts with vast experience in the financial and stock markets where he has worked for more than 15 years as treasurer of leading stock companies. Likewise, he has been in charge of the logistic, purchase, invoicing and collection areas and the administration of NGOs and business companies. More recently, he has worked as coordinator and territorial assistant of the program of the Domestic Trade Secretariat of Argentina.
MARIANA CARRANANTE
Tax & AccountingCertified Public Accountant, University of Buenos Aires. She counts with vast experience in providing accounting and tax advice to local and international companies. For more than 10 years, she worked as financial manager of sea transportation supplemental services companies and international logistics companies such as Agencia Marítima Silversea, Inchcape Shipping Services Argentina. Currently, she is in charge of providing accounting and tax advice in local transactions to prestigious international companies and NGOs.
